Muthu purchased a used pick-up truck to deploy coconuts from farms to market, with the help of a loan from Loanzen.

Muthu earns his living from operating the truck, and supports his family of five. During the lockdown, he continued to deploy his services until there was a health emergency. Muthu had to stop operations and used his savings for health expenses.

Muthu has faced working capital constraints due to his savings being used up and delayed payments from his customers. He is unable to meet the demand for his services due to limited working capital. He wishes to purchase a health insurance to cover himself and his family in case of medical emergencies.
