Any unbanked/unused cheques of Borrower(S) as issued in favour of Loanzen Finance Pvt Ltd (LFPL) with regards to the loan and presently in the custody of LFPL will be cancelled and / or destroyed immediately after the closure of the loan either by way of maturity or repayment of the loan and/or otherwise without any further notice.
